Intern – Corporate Fuel Bookkeeping, Money Division

Join our Corporate Fuel Bookkeeping team as an Intern to support timekeeping, security access, pandemic leave, and client inquiries while developing your skills in the dynamic environment of American Airlines.
Responsibilities- Help with the Time and Attendance team using the Workbrain timekeeping framework
- Handle security access requests
- Handle pandemic leave requests
- Provide case‑by‑case support to end clients
- Assist with unique tasks as needed
- Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree; enrollment in a licensed bookkeeping, finance, or related program - Preferred:
Additional coursework or training in bookkeeping, finance, or related field - Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to extract insights from data and present actionable recommendations
- Ability to work in a cross‑functional team and across all levels of the organization
- Comfort with innovation and business software
