Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

What this job involves:

As a Community Manager at JLL, you'll be at the heart of creating vibrant, connected workplace experiences that bring people together. Your mission is to transform office properties into thriving communities where tenants and visitors feel a genuine sense of belonging. You'll design and execute engaging programming, oversee conference and event spaces, and serve as the go-to resource for building information and services.

This role blends hospitality, creativity, and business savvy with a tech-forward approach to community building. You'll manage the property's digital app, curate social media content, design internal marketing materials, and plan everything from professional conferences to exciting networking events. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees - and as Community Manager, you'll embody that commitment by delivering exceptional concierge services and creating memorable experiences that elevate the everyday.

This position requires someone who's proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about making every tenant interaction count.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Manage and maintain the property's digital app to ensure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards, while monitoring performance and reporting technical issues through to resolution

* Create property programming that fosters a sense of inclusion and community across the building, curating unique activations in public and private event spaces that resonate with diverse tenant demographics and interests

* Oversee and schedule building amenities including conference spaces, rooftop terraces, and tenant lounges, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal utilization

* Plan and execute special events ranging from small meetings to large-scale gatherings for up to 3,000 attendees, managing all logistics, vendor negotiations, and budget considerations

* Design and copyright internal marketing communications and collateral for property programming and events, including both digital and printed materials that reflect the property's brand voice

* Serve as a building ambassador by engaging tenants in person, via phone, and through email, responding to requests promptly and providing guidance as an informational resource for the property

* Manage property social media accounts to build online community engagement and showcase building culture, events, and amenities

* Promote app adoption and engagement among tenants through ongoing marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance user experience based on feedback and property needs

* Maintain the property programming budget, negotiate contracts with area vendors for optimal price and service, and ensure all financial documentation and insurance certificates are properly filed

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

* Minimum three years of experience in marketing and event planning, tenant engagement, hospitality, or VIP guest services

* Expert-level knowledge of the local area, including current dining, retail, and entertainment trends

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iOS functions, marketing or graphic design software, and digital platforms (e.g., Adobe, Canva, and Mailchimp)

* Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while accommodating diverse clientele with varied needs

* Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage event logistics for large groups

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

* Previous concierge or VIP retail experience in a hospitality or corporate setting

* Experience managing digital community platforms, mobile apps, or tenant engagement technologies

* Background in social media management and content creation for professional audiences

* Proven track record of creating innovative programming that drives community engagement and tenant satisfaction
