In accordance with Washington state law, this role’s comprehensive benefits package is available to all eligible U.S. based employees:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Administration, HR Strategy, Talent Management, or Management consulting with cross‑functional work across HR and Product teams on programs.
  • Experience building Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools for employees or consumers, with experience applying AI to product development.
  • Experience managing and developing end‑to‑end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting success metrics, and driving improvement.
  • Experience with product lifecycle and product development best practices, translating user insights into product requirements or digital solutions.
Preferred qualifications
  • Prior experience working with critical user journeys, focusing on identifying, addressing, and enabling the unique needs of different user personas.
  • Familiar with People Operations (POps) product life‑cycle and driving results from pilot to scaled execution.
  • Technical acumen with experience working with engineering or operations teams.
  • Deep understanding of key performance trends, internally and externally.
  • Adept at pivoting strategies and requirements based on user insights and rapidly evolving technical capabilities.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and influence design and product decisions.
