Sales Enablement Analyst

Gibraltar is looking for a highly analytical, business-minded Sales Enablement Analyst to support a growing Distribution Sales organization responsible for more than $500M in annual revenue.

This is not a traditional reporting role.

We're seeking someone who can transform complex data into actionable business insights, partner closely with sales leadership, and help sellers make smarter decisions that drive growth.

You’ll join a collaborative enablement team supporting a rapidly evolving business as Gibraltar and Omni Max continue integrating systems, processes, and data. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges, building reporting solutions, and working directly with sales teams, we’d love to hear from you.

• Develop, maintain, and improve recurring sales reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
• Partner directly with Sales Leadership to support business reviews, strategic planning, and performance management
• Create executive-ready reports and presentations that help drive decision-making
• Support quarterly business reviews, sales planning initiatives, onboarding, and enablement programs
• Consolidate and cleanse data from multiple systems and business units
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Forecasting teams
• Build reporting tools that improve seller productivity and visibility into business performance
• Assist with major strategic initiatives, including business integration and geographic expansion efforts
• Participate in occasional travel for customer visits, regional meetings, and annual sales kickoff events

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise including:
• Complex formulas
• Power Query
• Data modeling
• INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and advanced functions
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business leaders
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment

• Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Analytics, or Revenue Operations experience
• Manufacturing or industrial business experience
• Experience supporting sales teams, account managers, or customer‑facing organizations
• Exposure to forecasting, pipeline reporting, or commercial analytics
