Overview
Location:
Atlanta, GA. Full‑time hybrid schedule, in office Monday–Thursday.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. No sponsorship required. We are seeking a Regional Field Operations Specialist to support the Regional team ensuring sales, wholesale, certified‑pre‑owned, profitability, and marketing goals. The role includes preparing monthly reports, gathering data, coordinating events, and collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Support the Regional Sales Operations Manager and Regional DND & CX Manager within an assigned geographic area.
- Work primarily with the regional team and may collaborate cross‑functionally to exchange information.
- Coordinate events such as dealer/DMA meetings, dealership training, and auto‑show support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of monthly summary reports and special presentations.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources to generate reports and insights.
- Prepare materials for accuracy and review before presentation.
- Participate in special project requests requiring data generation, organization, and analysis.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Good understanding of basic dealership operations.
- Working knowledge of data management tools.
- Strong analytical and qualitative analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational, oral, interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- At least one year of professional work experience.
- Preferred:
Experience in Sales Operations, Distribution, Market Representation or Marketing at a specialist level. - Preferred:
Sales or dealership contact experience. - Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to create and generate reports using web‑based applications and databases.
The position is based at the regional office for Infiniti. Some day or overnight travel is required. Candidates must be open to future relocations.
