Sales Development Representative, SDR

• Outbound prospecting: daily calls, emails, and Linked In touches against named target accounts - defense attorneys, managing partners, claims and litigation leaders.
• Qualified meetings: book, confirm, and hand off demos that hold and convert. Show rate is your metric, too.
• Pipeline hygiene: clean CRM records, tight follow-up, honest activity reporting.
• Sequence and list feedback: work with marketing to sharpen messaging, lists, and plays based on what's actually landing.

• 1-2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B - you've done real cold outbound, not just inbound follow-up.
• You've prospected into skeptical, professional buyers; legal, insurance, or regulated-industry exposure is a plus.
• You run on numbers - activity, meetings booked, show rate - and report them straight.
• Comfortable with GTM tooling (Apollo, Clay, Hub Spot/Attio) and fluent with AI as a daily operating mode.
• Coachable, resilient, organized, and fast. Rejection doesn't dent your day.

Demonstrates strong outbound prospecting skills through effective communication and engagement with defense attorneys and claims leaders. Proficient in managing CRM records and utilizing GTM tools to optimize sales processes and reporting metrics.
