The Solution Manager will help accelerate growth and advance NCR Voyix's competitiveness through transforming its business technology and application landscape. The ideal candidate has very strong product management skills and leadership, a solid business mind, and is passionate about driving change and getting things done. This individual will be a trusted partner for internal business stakeholders across business units and functional organizations, understanding and aligning to business strategy, identifying needed capabilities and requirements, and owning a roadmap that will enable the business strategy.

The Solution Manager will work hand-in-hand with the agile delivery teams to deliver on the roadmap and its objectives.

• Business-facing partner for the IT organization
• Manage entire solution lifecycle from concept to launch to discontinuation
• Own the vision, roadmaps, program backlog, business prioritization, ROI, value, and business relationship for the designated business value stream
• Provide successful solutions that meet/exceed expectations and provide business value
• Facilitate across relevant stakeholders and agile teams to gather business requirements and deliver on needed business capabilities to meet the requirements
• Be responsible for the roadmap, its success, and its committed business case deliverables
• Deliver successful solutions that align with business priorities and business value

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, MBA preferred
• 10+ years of proven product/solution management experience leading large scale IT solutions for Subscription Management and Billing applications in a transformational environment
• Full understanding of subscription lifecycle and product/customer entitlement processes
• Billing and invoice presentation experience, inclusive of taxation, for both subscription and non-subscription sale types
• Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Fusion Receivables experience preferred
• Experience working in a global, multi-national software technology firm
• Agile delivery methodology experience
• Proven ability with facilitating and collaborating across stakeholders and agile teams to achieve solution goals

• Confident, innovative thinking, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative
• A solver of complex and unique problems with broad-reaching organizational impact
• Demonstrates a strong mix of business acumen and advocacy, market research, and technical skills
• Understands conceptual system architecture to articulate the product's overall process lifecycle
• Operates and leads without supervision in a fast moving, complex organizational environment
• Superb written and verbal communication skills, and ability to convey complex messages to senior executives in a simple and clear manner
• Flexible and adaptive, able to work across multiple simultaneous projects
• Team oriented and collaborative approach in working across teams
• Proven abilities to present to executive level audiences
• Curious and committed to personal development
