Company Description
Taxalyze is an early-stage company focused on helping freelancers, 1099 workers, and small business owners understand their tax liability in real time. Instead of waiting until filing time to discover what is owed, Taxalyze turns financial data into a clear, ongoing estimate of taxes due. The product is designed for people with multiple income streams who need simple, reliable insight into their tax obligations.
Taxalyze is actively building and validating its solution in close collaboration with real users, creating a practical tool for everyday financial decision-making. Team members have the opportunity to shape the product and influence how independent workers manage their finances.
The Customer Success & Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for supporting and retaining customers by guiding them through onboarding, answering product and tax-related questions (non-advisory), and ensuring they get ongoing value from Taxalyze. Day-to-day work includes managing customer accounts, monitoring usage and feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
The role also involves developing and managing strategic partnerships with organizations that serve freelancers and small business owners, such as coworking spaces, creator platforms, and financial service providers. The manager will coordinate with product and marketing to share user insights, refine messaging, and help drive growth through customer referrals and partner channels.
