ANDRITZ is seeking a Regional Product & Service Manager – Refining, Screening & Cleaning to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership across our service portfolio supporting pulp and paper customers throughout North America.

This highly visible role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, business development, and product leadership
. You'll work directly with mills, customers, sales teams, and service organizations to identify opportunities, improve equipment performance, and deliver innovative service solutions for both ANDRITZ and competitive equipment platforms.

• Lead the growth and profitability of the refining, screening, and cleaning service portfolio
• Partner directly with customers to identify service, upgrade, rebuild, and optimization opportunities
• Provide technical and commercial leadership to support sales growth and customer success
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and business cases that drive profitable growth
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to uncover new opportunities
• Support reverse engineering, parts development, sourcing initiatives, and service innovation
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to enhance products, services, and customer value
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business development initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of experience in industrial operations, technical sales, field service, product management, engineering, or related industries
• Strong mechanical and process troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience with in pulp & paper, stock preparation, refining, screening, cleaning, or related process equipment is strongly preferred
