Product Management Lead
As a Product Management Lead here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of driving innovative product strategies and leading initiatives that enhance our mechanical field device business (valves, actuators, VFDs, economizers, meters), ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers. In this role, you will impact the development and enhancement of our products, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth through innovative solutions.
Although your primary focus will be to grow the business in North America, you will also work on key global initiatives.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of Offering Management and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market demands in both North America and globally.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and extensive voice-of-customer sessions to identify customer needs and competitive trends for the Honeywell mechanical field device portfolio.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, demand planning, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
- Identify savings within the business through innovative solutions.
- Update the portfolio through break-through innovation.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for both legacy products and new products.
- Identify demand for mechanical field device products that will benefit both North America and the global landscape.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management or related fields within the Building Management sector.
- Proven experience in product management or related roles, specifically within the mechanical field device industry.
- Global perspective and understanding of market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage market data to inform product decisions.
- Experience in leading product lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes relevant to Building Management solutions.
