Business Enablement Coordinator
The Business Enablement Coordinator is an early-career role designed for high-potential talent looking to build a strong foundation in business operations. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business insight to support leaders and drive team effectiveness. You'll serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also owning small projects and contributing to broader team initiatives such as Zelis Connect.
This role is intentionally designed as a stepping stone into broader business roles at Zelis, offering exposure to leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic work. This is a hybrid position working from our Atlanta office 2-3 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support small-scale projects across Price from planning through execution (e.g., Zelis Connect events), ensuring alignment to goals and timelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, track key deliverables, identify risks, and provide clear, consistent status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure projects stay on track and dependencies are proactively managed.
- Analyze operational data to monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Synthesize insights and provide recommendations to leaders to enhance team effectiveness and outcomes.
- Build business acumen through exposure to strategic priorities and MIT-aligned work.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling complex meetings across stakeholders
- Book and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and food/catering logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups (notes, action items, tracking)
- Support leaders with day-to-day operational needs to enable focus on high-impact work
- Support the coordination of town halls, including agenda development, slide preparation, and overall logistics
- Review and refine business presentations (PowerPoint) for clarity, structure, and messaging
- Draft internal communications, updates, and summaries for leadership
- Ensure materials are polished, consistent, and aligned with audience needs
- Other key duties as assigned
This role is expected to work from the Zelis Atlanta office.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations or project management roles
- Demonstrated project management skills or experience managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience supporting leaders or coordinating projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in business operations, strategy, or project management
