About the RoleAs a Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of new products and services. You'll develop and implement operational frameworks, assess client and industry needs, and create business cases and supporting documentation for new product opportunities.
This is a highly collaborative role where product planning, client service, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities- Define, develop, and implement standard operational frameworks for products
- Manage the lifecycle of new products and services
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to assess client and industry needs
- Develop business cases and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the organization
- Help resolve customer service disruptions quickly and effectively
- Identify challenges and recommend process improvements
- Manage multiple priorities and meet assigned deadlines
- Make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to company objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Skills:
Strong presentation, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills - Experience:
At least five years of relevant professional experience - Collaboration:
Experience working across teams and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders - Technical:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools - Organization:
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines - Adaptability:
Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work effectively under pressure - Decision-Making:
Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate challenges and make sound decisions - Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Personal Attributes:

- Effective management of new product and service life cycles
- Well-developed business cases and supporting documentation
- Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams
- Product frameworks that support consistent and effective execution
