Financial Analyst
Join our fast-growing US team within the competence center for FP&A. We tackle challenges faced by CFO organizations and collaborate with clients to design and implement efficient and innovative planning and reporting solutions, enabling better business insights and decision-making. Your work will focus on operational and financial planning, forecasting, KPI-driven reporting, and management dashboards.
What you can expect
- Value-added consulting. As part of our experienced consulting team, you will design and implement integrated planning and reporting frameworks, covering budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. You will support projects from concept to implementation, facilitate client workshops, perform data-driven analyses, and interact closely with stakeholders.
- (Partial) project management (from A-Z). With your experience in operational and financial planning, you develop tailored solutions such as driver-based planning models, KPI dashboards and management reporting templates. Within the scope of your projects, you will build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries.
- Shaping the future. Your work will involve cross-consultancy topics as well as market-related activities, such as publications, development of new areas or tools and market initiatives in the planning and reporting space.
- Taking on responsibility. As part of our consulting team, you will deliver high-quality outcomes on client engagements while contributing to the ongoing development of our planning and reporting consulting portfolio.
What you offer
Your expertise:
- A minimum of 3 years of high value consulting experience in combination with a very good FP&A expertise
- Experience with planning and reporting tools
- Bonus: experience in life sciences, manufacturing or automotive industries
Your competences:
- Experience in supporting the delivery of planning and reporting projects, contributing to high-quality outcomes through analytical input, stakeholder collaboration, and reliable execution across project phases
- Ability to support business development activities, including preparing proposal materials, contributing to client presentations, and developing insights and thought leadership content to help win planning and reporting engagements
Your academic background: MBA or Master´s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
Your location: Horváth USA is located in Atlanta, GA but our client base is national and the only geographic requirement is proximity to a major airport. Travel will vary but can be estimated at around 50% due to some ability to work remotely. Occasional international travel could be required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US.

The estimated base salary for this role ranges from $120, 000 to $150,000, provided as a guideline. Actual compensation is determined individually, based on factors such as experience, education, skills, role scope, and organizational needs. Salaries are reviewed regularly through our performance management process and may be adjusted based on individual performance and business priorities.
