SMX is seeking a Site Lead to support our AFRICOM ARIES contract. You will coordinate deployed aviation operations and liaise with government points of contact at customer sites across Africa, including on-site DoD deployments on a 7/7, 12/12, 90/90 rotation.
Lead multi-national teams, manage resources and metrics, ensure safety and quality, and report to stateside leadership. On-site work and travel are required for mission success.
