As the Billing Operations Manager for Dolby Cloud Services, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of billing operations for Dolby's cloud-based SaaS offerings. You will oversee end-to-end billing processes, optimize platforms such as Zuora, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, revenue accuracy, system interoperability, and the customer experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading cross‑functional teams, leveraging modern data and agentic AI solutions, solving complex billing challenges, and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.

• Define and execute a scalable billing operations strategy aligned with Dolby Cloud Services' growth objectives.
• Balance long‑term strategic planning with direct operational involvement to ensure billing processes, systems, and controls effectively support new subscription models, pricing structures, customer requirements, and global expansion.

• Lead and actively participate in the enhancement of Zuora and integrated business systems.
• Design, test, and implement process improvements, automation solutions, AI‑driven workflows, and system integrations that improve operational efficiency, billing accuracy, scalability, and visibility across the order‑to‑cash lifecycle.

• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop scalable revenue operations policies and processes.
• Personally support complex billing scenarios, contract interpretation, pricing model implementation, and operational execution to ensure accurate revenue recognition and efficient order‑to‑cash operations.

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, deployment, change management, and operational support.
• Drive innovation through automation, AI-enabled solutions, system interoperability, and scalable business processes that support the growth of Dolby Cloud Services.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing, operational, and customer‑impacting issues, driving timely resolution, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and operational effectiveness.
