Loyalty And Rewards Director Of Program Integrity And Risk Execution
The Loyalty and Rewards Director of Program Integrity and Risk Execution serves as the strategic and operational anchor for the Relationship Rewards program's control environment. This role is accountable for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and effective execution of program controls across design, build, launch, and ongoing operations. Acting as the primary liaison between the Loyalty and Rewards team and Digital, Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC), and Fair Lending partners, this leader establishes and maintains a robust control framework that enables program delivery while proactively identifying and mitigating risk.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience;
- Ten years of experience in risk management, compliance, controls, or operations within financial services;
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and monitoring controls within a product, program, or platform environment;
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, compliance standards, and Fair Lending requirements;
- Ability to translate control requirements into operational and technical execution across Digital and Technology teams;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products;
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting client-facing banking products, loyalty programs, or digital platforms;
- Familiarity with change delivery, technology build processes, and testing/launch validation;
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with multiple risk and control partners.
