Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product life cycles, from ideation to launch, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs, ensuring that user stories are well defined and prioritized for development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go to market strategies and support product launches.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on product features and benefits.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
• Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience in a specific industry relevant to our products (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Certification in SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10-20 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
