We're partnering with Workday to hire a Senior Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale, enterprise payroll transformation initiative.
Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Time Zone:
Primarily EST, with flexibility to collaborate across PST and Singapore teams
- Lead end-to-end change management initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and organizational readiness
- Support payroll process transformation efforts in a complex, global environment
- Navigate change impacts related to global regulatory requirements
- Develop and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- 5-8+ years of change management experience
- Strong consulting background (former consultant preferred)
- Experience managing full lifecycle change programs, not just change execution
- Payroll process expertise
- Experience with enterprise-scale organizations
- Familiarity with global regulatory environments
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting payroll administration systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms
