Our rotational internship program provides hands‑on exposure to legal, compliance, and business teams through meaningful projects and site visits. Interns gain experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools in legal and compliance settings, participate in pro bono opportunities, and receive personalized guidance from dedicated supervisors and mentors throughout the internship.

• Conduct research, analysis, and problem‑solving on a variety of business, compliance, operational, and legal topics
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other business documents
• Support compliance and ethics initiatives, training, and program development
• Help manage projects involving litigation, investigations, dispute resolution, or regulatory matters
• Collaborate with internal business partners and external service providers to coordinate information and advance key initiatives
• Participate in due diligence activities supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business transactions
• Assistin protecting and managing intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights
• Explore how technology and data are transforming professional services through tools supporting contract management, intake and delivery, eDiscovery, intellectual property, records and information management, data privacy, and AI-enabled workflows
• Contribute ideas that improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the experience of internal customers
• Gain exposure to Koch's Principle Based Management™ philosophy and learn how our teams create long‑term value through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Enrolled in a degree or alternative education program (e.g., four‑year college, two‑year technical college, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
• Eligible for full‑time employment before or by May 2028
• Authorized to work permanently in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
