At Kondra, project managers sit at the center of complex, technically ambitious work. We're building a next-generation distributed operating system deployed on physical hardware for a Fortune 100 client – which means our projects span firmware, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and third-party SDK partners simultaneously. You'll work alongside senior PMs, engineering leads, and external stakeholders to keep cross-functional initiatives on track, in scope, and clearly communicated at every level.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience

2–3 years of hands‑on project management experience, ideally across multiple departments or functions

Proven ability to manage full project life cycles from initiation through delivery

Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to stakeholders at various levels

Solid organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage competing demands across concurrent projects

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams, or similar) and both the Microsoft and Google suite

Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in cross‑functional environments

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery for mid‑scale cross‑functional initiatives; managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource schedules in coordination with team leads

Facilitate project meetings including kickoffs, standups, and retrospectives; ensure clear ownership of action items

Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate blockers with recommended solutions

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders; provide regular status updates and executive summaries

Drive alignment across various teams by managing competing priorities and surfacing tradeoffs

Create and maintain project documentation including charters, risk logs, decision registers, and lessons learned

Support continuous improvement by reviewing team processes and recommending efficiencies after project close
