Business Development Manager

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a respected global nonprofit organization known for its humanitarian efforts and sustainable development projects, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our impact within the packaging industry. This role requires an innovative leader who can harness opportunities and partnerships that foster both economic and environmental sustainability. You will lead initiatives to design eco-friendly packaging solutions that support disaster relief efforts, ensuring efficient logistics and material safety in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to enhance packaging solutions that support MCC's global initiatives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while fostering positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D to innovate environmentally sustainable packaging designs.
• Oversee market analysis to ensure alignment of packaging solutions with current trends and needs.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with both internal and external sustainability standards.
• Conduct presentations and reports for MCC leaders and external stakeholders.
