Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive operational excellence across our telecommunications and media-focused product portfolio. In this role, you will align strategy, execution, and measurement to maximize product impact. You will build and optimize product operating frameworks, define and track KPIs, streamline release and go-to-market processes, and partner with engineering, data, marketing, and customer teams.

You will champion data-driven decision-making, ensure feedback loops from dealers and consumers, and mentor product teams while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead product operations for key telecommunications and media product lines, aligning strategy and execution
• Develop and refine product operating models, processes, and governance for consistent delivery
• Define, track, and report on KPIs and product health metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Partner with engineering, data, marketing, and customer teams to optimize roadmaps and releases
• Streamline go-to-market and release management, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
• Establish and maintain feedback loops from dealers, OEMs, and consumers to inform product improvements
• Mentor and support product managers in best practices, tooling, and operational rigor
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and customer impact
