Manager, Brand Reputation

Vaco Atlanta is working with an Atlanta, GA company in their search for a Digital Reputation Manager
. This is a Permanent opportunity which requires 100% In-Office work in the Sandy Springs area. All candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta metropolitan area since in-office work is required.

• Responsibilities: Collect and evaluate customer feedback via Social Media and website reviews
• Identify trends and areas of improvement
• Create strategies to improve perception and reputation
• Provide analysis and reporting that reflects the company's reputation among competitors
• Determine areas to reflect and improve  guest-centric  focus of the company
• Supervise direct reports managing social media strategies
• Work closely with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media or reputation management.
• Strong communication skills
• Must have experience managing direct reports
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred
