Areas of focus for Healthcare Consulting Staff will span all or some of the following:
- Compensation Valuation and Design
- Transaction Advisory Services
- Business Valuation
- Healthcare Strategy
- Healthcare Revenue and Compliance Advisory
- Healthcare Operations Assessment and Improvements
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the successful completion of various healthcare client projects within a team environment by solving strategic issues requiring analytical, financial, and writing skills
- Conduct research and data analysis for client reports and presentations
- Prepare excellent client deliverables while balancing firm risk and compliance with appropriate professional standards
- Identify and communicate business improvement opportunities to the Firm's management team
Qualifications
- Relevant educational backgrounds may include:
Accounting, finance, or other analytical business disciplines;
Business Administration, Public Health, and/or Health Administration or related fields - Graduate degree(s) and/or demonstrated professional experience in business and healthcare environments preferred
- Outstanding written or oral communication skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytic, and conceptual skills with passion for helping clients
- Demonstrated experience self-reviewing work product and exhibiting attention to detail
