General Description and Classification Standards:The Management Analyst I provides direct, unit-level services essential to the delivery and implementation of
housing rehabilitation and community improvement activities. This position serves as the primary entry
point for units and carry a full rehabilitation caseload, performing all tasks required to move units from
initial intake through construction activities and final client closeout. The Management Analyst I ensures
program compliance, coordinates with technical staff, and supports residents throughout the
rehabilitation process.
Supervision Received:Reports directly to the Program Manager or designated supervisor. Works under general supervision and follows program guidelines, policies, and procedures while exercising independent judgment within assigned responsibilities.
