Job Description

Summary:

The Coca‑Cola Company is transforming how its North America Supply Chain operates, using digital products to enable a supply chain that moves at the speed of the market. Our work connects planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and fulfillment into a responsive, reliable, and continuously improving network—one that must adapt quickly to change while operating at enterprise scale.

Our product organization is built on small, empowered teams with clear ownership and accountability, deeply connected to day‑to‑day operations and accountable for measurable outcomes. These teams partner closely with the business to turn complex workflows into scalable, outcome‑driven digital products—making digital a true source of competitive advantage.

Our supply chain spans company‑owned plants, warehouses, co‑manufacturing partners, suppliers, and distribution networks. This scale and complexity demand reliable, integrated digital platforms that improve visibility, decision‑making, and operational performance for the people running production and storage every day.

About the Role

The Senior Director of Product Management – Manufacturing and Warehousing (North America) owns the portfolio of product domains supporting manufacturing operations, storage and warehouse operations, and co‑manufacturing enablement. You set clear product strategy, sequencing, and investment alignment across domains to deliver measurable operational impact.

This role defines the long‑term product vision for how digital capabilities improve reliability, throughput, inventory readiness, and performance across production and storage networks—balancing strategic direction with near‑term execution. Success requires strong judgment, the ability to operate across functional boundaries, and a practical understanding of real‑world supply chain workflows.

You will partner closely with leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, and Technology to align roadmaps and priorities. You will also build and develop senior product leaders within our Product Operating Model, reinforcing strong product craft, disciplined prioritization, and clear accountability, while contributing to organizational design and capability development across the Digital Enablement organization.

This is a senior leadership role for a product executive who thrives in complex operational environments and is comfortable defining emerging product domains, validating problem spaces through close operational partnership, and building high‑performing teams as product maturity evolves.

Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy
  • Define and communicate a clear multi-year product direction for supply chain manufacturing and warehousing.
  • Define and evolve product domain boundaries where clarity is still emerging, grounded in operational workflows and outcomes.
  • Shape portfolio-level investment and prioritization decisions, translate business priorities into structured product roadmaps with clear sequencing and tradeoffs.
  • Establish strong domain ownership and governance aligned to our Product Operating Model.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource prioritization across product domains.
  • Establish outcome-focused goals that guide product teams and measure real impact.
Product Leadership and Delivery
  • Own product roadmaps across planning, manufacturing, and co manufacturing enablement domains.
  • Ensure product teams stay closely connected to operational workflows and end‑user needs.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in service, reliability, cost performance, and decision quality across multiple supply chain value streams.
  • Standardize discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices across domains.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data…
