We are seeking an Analyst to join our successful Healthcare Portfolio Solutions (HPS) team in Atlanta. A successful candidate will contribution to the team in a variety of ways, but will primarily focus on creating client-ready deliverables from our proprietary healthcare real estate strategies.

This position will specialize in:

• Creating client ready deliverables by extracting data and maps from our software packages
• Interpreting data to tell a story and creating innovative ways to present and visualize
• Mastery of Microsoft Power Point
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking capacity
• Assist on projects from initial brief to finished product with significant self-direction and limited oversight
• Responsible for many operational and administrative functions

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience. MHA preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a professional company environment. Commercial real estate and/or healthcare experience is ideal, but not required. Continual training and mentorship shall be provided by members of the HPS team.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note and Word) with a high emphasis on Power Point
• Expertise with other data analytics tools, and data visualization applications
• Working knowledge of the ESRI platform:
  Arc Map/ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Applications a plus
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Continuously identify process improvements and be solution-oriented
• Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented in planning and proofing
• Positive, winning attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Self-starter, but also a team player, with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities
• Prioritize workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
