Job Summary:

This role supports global customer experience teams by managing incentive and commission processes. You will administer documentation, perform calculations, and contribute to process improvements. The position is crucial for driving revenue growth within the sector.

• Administer customer experience incentive and commission programs.
• Perform accurate commission calculations for global teams.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing processes.
• Collaborate with compensation team members to resolve issues.
• Support compensation planning and maintenance efforts.

Must-Have

Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analytics.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with commission plan administration.

Domain / Industry

Experience:

Experience supporting operations within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) industry is preferred.
