We're looking for a Training Integration Specialist to join our Operations / Fabrication team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you'll lead the successful onboarding, training, and integration of new suppliers, acquired facilities, and strategic partners into Victaulic's fabrication operations, serving as the primary training and certification resource for external partners and newly integrated facilities. You'll work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and partner organizations to drive standardization, support certification efforts, and facilitate the successful implementation of Victaulic manufacturing and fabrication processes across the network.

This is an opportunity to provide strategic support for acquisitions, expansions, and operational transitions, building out a function currently managed directly by the Fabrication & Training Manager.

• Lead Fabrication Training Integration
• Coordinate, plan, and deliver training programs for new suppliers, acquired facilities, and strategic partners
• Provide dedicated training and integration support for acquisitions, expansions, and business transitions to ensure smooth operational alignment and continuity
• Support the integration of external operations into Victaulic fabrication standards, processes, and quality expectations
• Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to ensure successful implementation of fabrication requirements
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen operational readiness and performance
• Support Certification and Qualification Efforts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and acquisitions pursuing Victaulic certifications and qualifications
• Guide partners through certification requirements, training curricula, assessments, and qualification processes
• Evaluate training progress and readiness through assessments, audits, observations, and performance reviews
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to maintain certification compliance and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Process Standardization
• Train and coach supplier and acquisition personnel on fabrication procedures, work instructions, safety protocols, quality standards, and operational best practices
• Promote consistent application of Victaulic manufacturing processes across multiple locations and business partners
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop action plans to improve compliance with established standards
• Support operational excellence initiatives by reinforcing standard work and process discipline
• Develop and Deploy Training Resources
• Create, maintain, and update training materials, certification guides, job aids, work instructions, and implementation tools
• Develop engaging training content that supports various learning styles and operational environments
• Ensure training documentation remains current with process changes, quality requirements, and business objectives
