Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Incentive Professional to support the AECO sector’s Global Professional Services and Customer Success teams by administering customer experience incentive and commission programs. This role partners closely with compensation stakeholders to maintain plan documentation, perform calculations, and improve reporting and commission processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets and Salesforce-based reporting.
Strong communication skills and discretion handling sensitive compensation information are essential.

As a Customer Experience Incentive Professional, you will be supporting Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Owner (AECO) Sector and specifically our Global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations through management and administration of our customer experience incentives and commission processes globally. You will report to the Manager of Customer Experience Performance & Compensation, and your work will be critical to the continued success and revenue growth of the Sector and company.
Your Key Tasks Will Be:
- Supporting the global AECO Customer Experience Organization in commission related matters, including administering documentation, performing calculations, and proposing process improvements.
- Assist with the maintenance and calculations for AECO Customer Experience Incentive program and seller plans for global team members.
- Partnering with other Compensation team members to solve Customer Experience compensation‑related business problems.
- Commissions:
Support process improvement efforts around the compensation planning and maintenance process.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
- High degree of mathematical and analytical competency.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel are a must.
- Experience with BI tools and/or compensation management software is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgement.

Education:
Completed or pursuing a bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent hands‑on experience (Accounting, Finance, Operations).
