Consolidates Operate, Discretionary, and integrated portfolio analysis into a single management function — overseeing prioritization, governance, and delivery of business-as-usual (run-the-bank) work, the largest recurring spend category and source of most self-funding levers. Manages intake, evaluation, and governance of transformation and discretionary funding requests, and provides integrated analysis, reporting, and decision support across the Risk & Regulatory, Operate, Core Technology, and Discretionary portfolios.

• Leads the execution of larger technology projects, coordinating operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

• Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology, or related field.
• Experience managing run-the-bank (Operate) and discretionary/transformation portfolios, including intake, prioritization, and funding governance.
• Familiarity with integrated portfolio analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI portfolio metrics, investment and demand governance forums).
