### Project Leadership & Execution
* Lead and coordinate projects from planning through completion
* Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success measures
* Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple work streams
* Monitor progress and proactively address obstacles that could impact delivery
* Partner with business leaders to drive project execution and accountability  ### Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
* Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive updates
* Build strong partnerships across departments and levels of the organization
* Communicate project status, key decisions, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
* Influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority  ### Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Maintain project dashboards, reports, action logs, and project documentation
* Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making
* Help improve project management tools, standards, and best practices
* Support portfolio tracking, governance activities, and change management efforts  ## What We're Looking For###

Required Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or a related field
* Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
* Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
* Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams  ###

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working within a PMO, Transformation Office, Strategic Finance, or similar environment
* Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, and dashboards
* Knowledge of change management, portfolio management, or continuous improvement methodologies
* PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications  ### Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.  ## Why Join Wayne-Sanderson Farms?
