This Product Manager will help shape the future of the on-premise guest experience at Inspire Brands by turning guest and team-member insights, operational needs, market trends, emerging technology, and business priorities into intuitive experiences that drive growth, convenience, and measurable impact. Working across a distinctive portfolio of leading restaurant brands, they will define product strategy and bring bold ideas to life across digital and physical restaurant touchpoints.
This role sits at the intersection of guest experience, restaurant operations, business strategy, data, and technology. They will lead product initiatives from opportunity identification and discovery through delivery, pilot validation, scale, and continuous improvement. They will partner with engineering, design, analytics, data product, operations, marketing, technology operations, restaurant teams, franchisee stakeholders, and external partners to solve complex problems and deliver scalable capabilities that work in real restaurant environments.

RESPONSIBILITIESDescribes the top 5 most important responsibilities that account for 80% of position.
- Drive product strategy, discovery, and roadmap execution by identifying high-value opportunities across the restaurant guest journey, translating guest, operator, brand, business, and technology insights into clear product outcomes, priorities, and investment recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, guiding initiatives from opportunity definition, research, and technical validation through requirements, delivery, pilot execution, rollout, continuous improvement, and retirement.
- Design and optimize cohesive physical-digital experiences by translating restaurant workflows and guest needs into intuitive journeys, scalable capabilities, clear requirements, and measurable acceptance criteria across software, hardware, data, and integration touchpoints.
- Build alignment across brands and enterprise functions, partnering with Design, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Technology Operations, PMO, restaurant teams, franchisee stakeholders, and external partners to resolve dependencies and deliver scalable solutions.
- Measure product value and enable successful adoption by defining KPIs and guardrails, establishing experimentation and pilot plans, monitoring post-launch performance, and partnering on training, change management, support readiness, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Required Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience of product management practices, agile methodologies, and test-driven development experience. Demonstrated thought leadership in solving customer-facing digital experience opportunities. Demonstrated experience collaborating with both business and IT to accomplish project objectives. A proven track record of driving digital innovation and delivering out performance to stated business goals. Experience in restaurant or hospitality industries, with location or AI-enabled products, or within other physical-digital environments is a plus, but not required.
Experience working across multiple brands, business units, platforms, or stakeholder groups is a plus. Experience evaluating or managing external technology partners is a plus.
Deep understanding of customer-facing digital products, consumer behavior, ecommerce, omnichannel journeys, and user-centered product development. Ability to understand how digital experiences interact with physical environments, restaurant workflows, hardware, data, and operational processes.
