Data Analyst
We are seeking a curious and self-motivated Analyst to join our successful JLL Healthcare team in Atlanta. The Analyst is an integral member of our healthcare-focused team and is tasked with both building and managing datasets as well as creating client deliverables which include insightful, data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects, often with competing deadlines, and with significant self-direction and limited oversight
- Assist in creating comprehensive studies and reports for our clients
- Ownership of many operational and administrative functions including:
- Maintaining and updating client databases with accurate, current information
- Cleaning and organizing data from various online sources
- Providing quality assurance of new datasets and sources
- Being a self-starter with a passion for learning and problem solving; strong initiative and time management are must
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with new challenges every day
- Positive, winning attitude, and the desire to consistently exceed client expectations
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing
- Interest in geography and how it impacts access to healthcare
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., data, healthcare, business, etc.) - Experience:
1+ years of experience in a professional company environment. Healthcare and/or real estate experience is ideal but not required. - Training and mentorship will be provided by members of the team.
Position requires a flexible work schedule. Extended hours may occasionally be required, sometimes with minimal advanced notice.
Skills- Strong time management and prioritization – ability to manage workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Continuously identify process improvements and be solution-oriented
- Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note and Word) with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel required
