Our client, a leader in data center construction and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department supporting large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in compliance with global safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Oversee prevention strategies for high-risk activities such as working at heights, electrical work, and hazardous materials handling.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and participate in safety meetings to promote a safety-first culture.
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near-misses, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safety standards are maintained across all activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or CSP.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction safety management, preferably in large-scale or data center projects.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
