Construction Safety Manager

Overview

Our client, a leader in construction and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department supporting onsite construction operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 4

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $69.44 - $76.39 per hour

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety protocols on construction sites.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve safety and processing issues.
• Develop and oversee safety tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to detect and address safety concerns.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances related to safety practices.
• Set and monitor safety standards to ensure compliance and quality of work.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety and health management.
• Certification as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety programs and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
