The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing commercial, Class A, office construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees all phases of the construction lifecycle, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to mitigate risks and delays.
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate project teams including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused jobsite culture.
- Ensure all team members clearly understand roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Budget & Financial Management
- Prepare, manage, and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Track expenses and provide regular financial updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, approve, and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Identify, document, and resolve construction issues in a timely manner.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide clear, consistent project updates and resolve concerns or conflicts proactively.
- Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience
- Preferred experience in managing commercial design and full build out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
