Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

Clearview Installations is a commercial glass & glazing contractor that specializes in Storefront & Curtain Wall products and installation. Our projects consist of K12, Higher Ed, Government buildings, Multi-Family complexes, Healthcare & Industrial buildings.

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring projects are completed within budget. Your expertise in estimating, project management, and contract negotiation will be essential in this role.

• Proven experience in glass and glazing estimation & project management
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts.
• Proficiency in cost control techniques to optimize project budgets.
• Solid understanding of construction processes from project initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to build accurate cost estimates.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam or similar software for estimating purposes.
