Ranked in the ENR 400, our General Contractor client has over 50 years’ experience and pride themselves on their diverse portfolio of projects across the city.
The Projects:Incredibly diverse array of projects ranging from Hospitality;
Multi‑Family;
Interior Renovations and Historic Renovation, as well as Education & Municipal.
An experienced Superintendent is required with at least 7 years’ proven experience acting as lead Superintendent on site. You should have experience on projects at least $15mio-$20mio in value.
