In this role, you will collaborate with the Preconstruction team to estimate costs for luxury homes ranging from $5M to $12M. Responsibilities include bid solicitation, creating bid packages, and using software to ensure precise estimates. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of estimating experience specifically in custom homes.
