Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and lead field operations for electrical construction projects across the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with a strong background in commercial and industrial construction, capable of ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple construction sites within the Atlanta metro area.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution of project plans.
• Manage on‑site personnel, including foremen, craft labor, and subcontractor trades, while maintaining high performance and accountability.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Schedule and lead daily briefings with field teams to clarify priorities, resolve issues, and communicate expectations.
• Monitor labor productivity and material usage to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with design plans, contract documents, and applicable codes.
• Proactively identify risks and develop solutions to maintain progress and quality.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and jobsite logs.

• Minimum of 3‑5 years field experience as a Superintendent in electrical or general construction.
• Proven track record of managing commercial and industrial construction projects, preferably including cold storage, manufacturing, or distribution facilities.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Commitment to enforcing safety and quality standards on every jobsite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
