This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in Atlanta, GA. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring quality control, schedule adherence, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks with subcontractors and project teams, managing resources efficiently, material procurement, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Experience in construction management, project planning, and site supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in safety protocols and familiarity with construction regulations
• Capability to collaborate with subcontractors, general contractors, engineers, and team members effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Proven track record of successful completion of construction projects
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or LEED are advantageous
