Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Roswell, GA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from preconstruction planning through project completion. Daily tasks include coordinating project activities, managing project financials, timeline, and resources, managing subcontractors, overseeing the project Superintendents, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role will also involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivering high-quality results aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
  • Proficient using Procore software, specifically the financial modules
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management of construction projects
  • Understanding of safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with relevant project management software and tools is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
