We're looking for:

* Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.

* Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate.

* Background as a lead Superintendent on K12, Higher Education or Municipal projects of $100mm+.

* Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.

* Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety & Subcontractor Management.
