What You’ll Do- Lead day‑to‑day field operations for ground‑up gas station and QSR projects
- Oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain production, safety, and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet project specifications
- Manage logistics, material deliveries, and site conditions for on‑time completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to foremen and field crews, promoting accountability and performance
- Monitor costs, productivity, and resource allocation to support overall project success
- Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial construction projects, with a heavy focus on gas stations and QSR/restaurant projects
- Proven experience leading multiple ground‑up gas station projects, ideally five or more completed
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse sites
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the southeastern United States
- Candidates must reside within 5 hours of Atlanta, GA
- Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA standards (10 or 30 preferred), and quality management
- Valid driver’s license
