About the OpportunityOur client is hiring a Regional Technical Sales Representative to lead business development across the Greater Georgia market, with a primary focus on Metro Atlanta
.
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing project decisions early in the design process, and winning business throughout the construction cycle.
You will work directly with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to help drive specifications and secure project opportunities.
What You Will Do- Develop relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, developers, and owners across the territory
- Drive product specifications and basis-of-design positioning on commercial construction projects
- Present structural system concepts and value-driven solutions
- Manage opportunities from early design through awarded project
- Prepare bids, pricing proposals, and project recommendations
- Negotiate and close profitable business
- Partner with internal engineering, estimating, and operations teams to support execution
- Expand market share throughout Metro Atlanta and the Georgia region
- Experience in construction sales, building materials, structural products, or commercial construction markets
- Experience calling on architects, engineers, contractors, or developers preferred
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow market share
- Comfortable discussing technical products and building systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed, competitive, and team-oriented mindset
- Must reside in the Atlanta metro area
- Engineered building systems
- Steel, concrete, or specialty construction materials
- Architectural or engineering professionals with client-facing experience
