Lead Superintendent – Tilt-Wall Construction

Metro Atlanta Area | Base Salary $120,000 – $125,000 + Paid Overtime + Company Vehicle

A well-established national commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up tilt-wall construction projects throughout the Metro Atlanta market. Projects range from $5M to $30M and include industrial and commercial developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants long-term growth with a stable, employee-focused organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage tilt-wall construction sequencing, slab-on-grade, structural steel, and building envelope installation
  • Maintain and enforce detailed project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold strict safety standards
  • Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain field reports
  • Oversee quality control and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and local codes
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout procedures
  • Maintain strong professional relationships on-site
Qualifications
  • Must have experience leading tilt-wall or tilt-up industrial projects from start to finish
  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
  • Proven experience managing projects in the $5M–$30M range
  • Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and drive accountability on-site
  • Experience using construction management software and technology platforms
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Stable work history with commercial general contractors preferred
  • Relocation assistance available if needed
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $120,000 – $125,000
  • Guaranteed pay based on a 45-hour work week
  • Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked beyond 45 per week
