• Oversee all aspects of commercial roofing crews on industrial buildings, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Maintain accurate and complete project paperwork.
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and general contractor safety protocols.
• Operate forklifts and other job site equipment to load and unload materials and roofing/safety equipment.
• Travel extensively to various job sites.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, suppliers, tenants, and home office personnel.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections and document roof system installations.

• Experience in the construction industry (a background in commercial roofing is preferred).
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other job site equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in recordkeeping and documentation.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Willingness to obtain a Medical Card (company will cover cost).
