Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-family or commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or multi-family construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
