Residential Concrete Superintendent – Construction / Field Operations
Location: the Metro Atlanta, Georgia
Position Type: Full-Time
Travel: Local Travel Between Job Sites Required

Lead Residential Concrete Projects with a Growing TeamWe are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple job sites
. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee project scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and customer satisfaction

- Project & Field Management Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple residential concrete projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain accurate project schedules to ensure on-time completion
- Conduct job site inspections before, during, and after pours for quality and compliance
- Verify measurements and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and building codes
- Manage project scope using internal tracking systems and documentation
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractor crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality
- Meet with builders, subcontractors, and vendors onsite as needed
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure accurate and timely billing in coordination with accounting teams
- Review and approve purchase orders and work orders prior to execution
- Resolve billing discrepancies with subcontractors
- Support the collection of approved work and change orders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, inspectors, and vendors
- Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support long-term business growth
- 3+ years of experience in residential construction or concrete operations (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple job sites and subcontractor crews
- Strong organization, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans (training available)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
